Research suggests guided hypnotherapy approaches may support areas like sleep, anxiety, stress, smoking cessation, and a calm birth. It is not a guaranteed fix, and results vary from person to person. We design Hypnore to support change through consistent practice — not to promise miracles.
Is it a substitute for medical or therapeutic care?
No. Hypnore supports wellbeing, but it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it does not replace professional advice. If you are in treatment or live with a health condition, continue your care and speak with a qualified professional before making changes.
Who is it NOT for?
Hypnore is for adults looking for self-guided wellbeing support. It is not intended as crisis care or for serious mental-health conditions, and should never be used while driving or operating machinery. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Is it made by a therapist?
Hypnore is a self-guided, research-based practice: audio sessions you listen to on your own. We design the content from the peer-reviewed literature on hypnotherapy. It is not a replacement for one-to-one work with a qualified therapist, and it doesn't claim to be.
