It depends where you subscribed. The simplest way is in the Hypnore app: Profile → Membership → Cancel Membership (for App Store / Google Play it sends you to the store to finish). For a website purchase, cancel in the app or email support@hypnore.com. Cancel before your renewal date; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Hypnore doesn’t have a free version, and there isn’t a free trial at the moment — you start with a Premium membership. From time to time we may run a discounted introductory offer; the price and any offer terms are always shown before you confirm.

If you’re signed out: on the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and we’ll send you a reset link to choose a new password.

If you’re already signed in and just want to change it: open your profile settings and update your password there.

Research suggests hypnotherapy can help with stress, sleep and everyday habits. Results vary between people, and it works best as a consistent, complementary practice — not a one-time fix.

Your website purchase is tied to the email you paid with. Download Hypnore, then create your account or sign in using that same email address — your membership links to it automatically and your programs open once you’re signed in.

The email has to match the one you used at checkout, so be sure to use the same one. If anything doesn’t appear after signing in, email support@hypnore.com and we’ll sort it out.
